    On July ****** I went to this cleaner to pick up a skirt I had alterations done on. I had asked them to hem the skirt keeping the original hemmed founce and take 8" off the body of the skirt moving the flounced hem up. When i seen the skirt they had removed the flounce except for two areas in front leaving 3' and cut the skirt shorter without keeping the original flounced hem . When I told them it was done incorrect and they ruined the skirt they asked me to leave it to be fixed. I wanted the skirt back on Wednesday July 9th for a work function. it was not done. I was promised it would be done Friday July 11th. again it was not done. I called and was told Monday July ******* it would be done and ready for pick up. I went to the store on Tuesday July ******* and the skirt was not even at that location. I was told it was sent out to be fixed.This was horrible customer service. The skirt was a designer brand that was purchased with a matching top. It was a ********* ******* brand skirt valued at $250.00 I am asking for reimbursement back for the skirt in full.I feel this is bad customer service and I am just getting the run around on the skirt. I feel they ruined it and they should pay the retail price for it.
