    Worst service ! Ive come without an appt during the week for regular oil change & the wait was 3-4 hours. This time around I made a 9 a.m appt on Saturday for recall & said might as well get oil change. Thought, I have an appt how bad can it be? Well too my surprise, service advisor ********************* states it will be 3-4 hrs, what takes longer is the ************ Saturday.. The advisor was very non friendly and basically dismiss my concern after I asked him why dont they tell you this over the phone, I spoke to ******* twice and knew why I was coming in & never informed me wait time for an appointment. He directed me to manager ***** was a little friendlier but still trying to find excuse for his team & said we have free shuttle to Pavilion WHAT A JOKE so with or without appt your basically here for 3-4 hrs. Now Im stuck here for hours!!! Ill NEVER COME AGAIN!

    Im filing a complaint against Kia of Carson **********, They have had my daughter's car, which I am a co-signer for a Kia *** EX/Sx. They have had the car in the service department to get fixed since January. I tried callling, no results. I have called corporate. No results. I need a solution of what I should do ? I am going to file a lawsuit against that Kia of Carson establishment, because I paying for a car I do not have !

    Sixth time to the service center, same problem. Dare I ask for a courtesy car for this unending issue. Dont, you will be met with, not our problem. *******, customer service, **** and *****, supervisors? Went through the appropriate channels, supervisors, corporate etc. The level of incompetence is impressive! Truly exceptional

    Dealership paperwork notes that dealer does a multipoint inspection check on the vehicle checking tire pressure, setting tires to correct pressure, oil check etc. The multipoint inspection was checked off as if it was all completed. The tire pressure was off and was not checked nor was air added to the tires as it stated. The rep **** did a video/ walk through of the vehicle to make sure there was no damage to the car. Upon returning to my car the right front rim is badly scratched which will need repair out of my pocket. I also had theft from my vehicle by the service department as this is the second time. Both times ***** cash i keep in my arm rest was taken. I have video proof with date and time stamp and video of drop off location of the monies in my car as proof it was there when dropped off. I reached out to the service manager "****" with the proof and with my concerns and have yet to receive a response. I complained to the manager on duty "******" in the absence of **** physically and he just shrugged his shoulders and was very nonchalant. The service is extremely unprofessional, they lie and say they have fixed issued that they haven't and they steal from their customers.
