    Last fall I had ordered an iPad Pro from their store on eBay. The item attempted to be delivered to my house, however it was sent to a pickup location. When I did not go to pickup the item, it was sent back to the seller and they signed for the item at delivery. Even after several months of me trying to contact them through eBay, by email, and phone, they have refused to bring any resolution and continue to dodge my questions. They claim that they probably no longer have the item since they don't keep them for long and sell them, however that has nothing to do with me being out 700 dollar on an iPad.

    On 3/22/2024 I purchased a refurbished 2023 Apple MacBook Air. The seller shipped the product required a direct signature. Per FedEx tracking it stated that it was delivered on 3/26/2024. I never received the packaged and informed FedEx and the seller. I put in a claim and after several weeks it was determined by FedEx that the package was misdelivered and that they were unable to retrieve the package. I asked FedEx to send me a letter stating the facts and they did. On 4/17/2024 FedEx sent me a Letter and I forwarded the letter to the seller so that they can put in a claim with FedEx and get their money for the lost item and I can get my refund. I have sent them numerous emails asking for my refund and have not heard anything back and still have not received a response from them. With the documentation I provided them; I can only assume that they got a refund from FedEx because it is clear that the carrier lost the package and took responsibility. So they must have gotten their refund from FedEx. They also got my money nd got paid twice for an item since they will not refund me the money. I have all the documentation but they have NOT responded at all. I have attached the receipt that I paid for the item. Attached the letter from FedEx with regards to their finding. and I have attached ever single correspondence wit IPower Resale.

    Ipower resale deliberately sold me a laptop with condensation and water damage. This was discovered when a repair shop inspected the item.

    The purchase was made October 2021, so at that point I had no real reason to take the laptop for inspection until recently, which is when the technician told me about the damage that was obviously from the seller.

    A used or refurbished item that is sold is expected to have some physical damage (eg scratches, dents etc) , NOT WATER DAMAGE. This was not disclosed at all. I was lied to.

    I have attempted to reach out to the seller multiple times and they refuse to help. I want a refund on this laptop
