- My name is Chris and I'm a outgoing water stoppage professional.Your drain is clogged or damaged prior to my arrival, hence the very nature and need for my particular service.DURING time of service there is a no charge if I cant unclog your drain policy for all residential customers..limited warranties on bars and restaurants along with public and commercial clogs, to be determined on site, excluding new construction ex. demolition or remodels under progress for obvious reasons contractors are aware of..also...no warranty on jobs from roof tops, that customers request ex. only access especially when its only access available. In some cases if your problem reoccurs within 30days a half charge return trip fee will only apply, unless specified on invoices, you sign before I start and leave. andemnifications on reverse of all invoices or clearly written warranty on top of invoice.Not only do I clear drains, but I also perform sewer camera inspections to give a warranty on a sewer line for example, a $150 camera must be performed at time of service 1.to show proactive customer nature of their reoccurring or original clog.2.otherwise clog is a flat fee. includes gas and service, from a cleanout within 75ft may get a 30day warranty as well.(just ask)
There is never a refund, reason your drain is clogged is you have a broken or root intruded pipe, first time or reoccurring its your pipe, I am only attempting to clear then a follow up pipe inspection to show beyond reasonable doubt you ought to (maintain) or find outside services to repair to avoid a flood some experience or tenant related clogs in a single family home or multiunit complex ,maintain or simply view and determine later, as I don't install any products, your drain is clogged. I simply unclog it, my job perameters include attempting to unclog and or ,view after clearing clogs interior and cause of clogs and providing a exact locations ONLY.thanku
