    4/29/2025 Bough a part from them and now been 4 months and they will not give me the part and will not give me a refund. Total amount is $5,000.00

    These are custom built parts, and are not refundable, as is clear at the time of purchase. Currently, we have a backlog for production. However all parts will be delivered by end of September, where we will be back on track. Thank you.

    This business has not promised me 3 different delivery dates . Production was originally promised in 4-8 weeks and now been 4 months. I needed this part as promised and now I need to find another solution to meet my needs.  This company has numerous complaints exactly like this and threatens customers who leave poor reviews . I am demanding a refund .

    On Sept 21, 2023 I paid Wicked Motor Works $ ****** via three ********** transfers to their account for a Porsche ***** GT3 front bumper, which price includes all accessories, painted black and PPF paint protection film. Have sent dozens of emails and the company says they are still working on it and has failed to meet their own deadlines for completion over and over. The promised 8-week delivery time has now been 48 weeks and they have stopped responding to my emails. At this time I am requesting a full refund of my $****** paid to Wicked Motor Works for a product they have no intention of sending as per their website listing. Dealt with **** at WMM and his telephone number is ************. Have full email history of this fraud by him.

    Hello, this is valid, we had an issue both in manufacturing and in the painting department 

    we are 100% intending on completing this item and shipping it by October 13th. 

    unfortunately, the part is manufactured and the open attachments are purchased, so we can not give a refund, however we absolutely intend to cure the issue and ship the part, by the date set above

    I am rejecting this response because:

    Company has promised on 4 prior occasions the same response and has not honored to date (hence their triple D rating on BBB).  Waiting until October would go over the statute of limitations for legal remedy and they know this.  I have bought the part with their competitor and they now need to refund the entire amount paid as 14 months to produce was not the 8-10 weeks promised.  At this time I request a full refund of the $12,200 paid.
