    In January 2024, Aaron ***** took on a graphic art/pitch-deck job for me and never fulfilled and never gave me my money back

    Beginning in November of 2023, I engaged with the Proprietor to design a pitch deck. He required a $1500 payment, to be made in full before the work was started. I expressed to him that I would like the completed deck by February. February came and went. He then promised March. Nothing came in March. I expressed that I had to close the project by 4/15/2024 and he said he would finish it for me by then. Sometime around the last week in April, he sent me a couple of pages of a ***** page deck, and the work did not reflect the design requirements I provided to him during our initial conversation. I asked for a refund, which he agreed to, but has not produced. In early May, he said it would take a few weeks. My request to have a commitment of 5/31 for the refund went unacknowledged. I wrote to him again mid-May and said that I needed the refund by 5/31. He did not reply. As the requested refund date approached, I wrote him yet again and said that if I did not receive the refund by 5/31, I would have to escalate the matter to a third party, since he won't communicate with me or give me the refund. He did not respond. He has had my $1500 for eight months and has made no attempt to reconcile. I no longer want to work with him; I just want my refund.
