    My name is Guchan ********, and my spouse Cansu Arcan and I submitted our **** applications for the Netherlands at your *********** office on June 25th, 2025. We requested to have our passports delivered to our home address via courier by paying $344.08.On July 8th, I received an email stating that my spouse Cansu Arcan's **** was under review at the ************************* Consulate. Just five minutes after receiving that email, I received another notification that my own **** had been shipped. Surprisingly, only 20 minutes later, my spouses passport was delivered to our doorstep. I believe there may have been an error in your email system, as we applied at the same time, but only her passport has arrived so far.Despite receiving the shipping notification, I have not yet received my passport. When I try to track my application using my reference number on the ***'s website, the code is not accepted. I also have been calling the office since July 8th to request the ***** tracking number, or any kind of information they might have but the representatives were unable to provide anything.I have been spending hours on the phone with VFS Global for days. No one is able to tell me where my passport is, who has it, which office its at, or whether its with ***** or still with VFS. I am beginning to suspect that the passport has been lost. Despite paying extra for home delivery, not only has the passport not arrived, but no one from *** is able to provide any accurate or useful information about its status.This situation is both extremely stressful and potentially dangerous. I am demanding a full refund of all fees we paid for this service and immediate delivery of the missing passport. Otherwise, I would like to inform you that I am prepared to take legal ********* this concerns my passport, I am quite worried. I kindly request your urgent assistance and a prompt update regarding the location and status of my passport.Thank you in advance for your help.

    I am submitting this complaint regarding my recent experience with VFS Global, in connection with a **** application for my children to travel to *******On 07/05/2025, I paid VFS Global the required processing fees to handle this **** application. According to the document checklist provided by ***, an authorization letter from both parents, notarized, was required. I complied fully and submitted a properly notarized letter of authorization.After submitting my application, I was informed by VFS Global that the letter had to follow their specific template. To confirm this, I contacted the Brazilian immigration authorities, who verified in writing (see attached email) that there is no requirement to use a specific model of authorization letteronly that the letter be notarized and include the necessary information, which my original submission satisfied. Despite this confirmation from the official authority, VFS Global refused to process my application unless I used their ******* a result I had to notarize a second letter, and I only incurred this cost due to VFS Globals unjustified refusal to accept a valid, notarized document.I am requesting a reimbursement for the cost of the second notarization, which was directly caused by VFS Globals misapplication of their own guidelines and disregard for the actual Brazilian **** requirements.Furthermore, I urge VFS Global to:Clarify on their website that the template is optional and not mandatory.Align their application reviews with official ******************** guidance to avoid misleading applicants and causing unnecessary expenses.Thank you for your attention to this matter.     I applied for Long-********* with VFS Global in *********** on March 1st I have attempted to contact the company numerous times via email and telephone to ask the status of my **** but more importantly, having my passport returned.Each time I try to contact them, I get the runaround.VFS Global also has website where you can check the status of your application but each time I've tried to log onto that site it has been down. It has been two months and each time I receive an email response from VFS Global about the status of my passport, I get asked the same questions by them - what is my name, passport #, DOB, etc. They also say in their email, "I truly understand your concern, please be informed that the case have not been scalated yet based on this ticket number, How ever in order for us to scalated for you you will need to send to us the fallowing details: (which I have multiple times).When I have been able to speak to someone at the number they provided ************** they just ask me for my reference number (provided below) and say, "your request will be escalted"Here is my information:- ******************************* ******* - ********************** ************** - Passport # ********* - VFS Global Reference # FRA/LAX/010324/0012/01 - Type of ****, Long-****** ******************* *********** - My DOB, July 28, 1972 This business is very unprofessional but it is the ONLY one to apply for a ****. I need my passport returned! Can you please help Thank you
