    The most efficient, communicative and professional experience I've ever had with a contractor. The Pyro Guy and his team were knowledgable, honest and reliable every step of the way - from our first inquiring email, to installation and inspection. Not only is The Pyro Guy a pro, his team was always on time, respectful and left the installation site immaculate. The team respected my space and home, every detail was thoughtful with creative solutions. **** is a true engineer, problem solver, who takes pride in his work and will collaborate with you to create your design and **************.During the bidding process, **** was the only contractor who was transparent with his quote and what all it entailed. He provided an itemized estimate that broke down figures and what to expect going into the project within each phase. I had many previous contractors in the past throw out lofty estimates from the top of their heads with no explanation as to where the numbers where coming from with methods that felt exhausting, messy and unnecessary. With ****'s expertise and skillful knowledge, he clearly and efficiently broke down a timeline, walked me through all the materials, labor and project overview, while giving a clear, fair price. I went into the project with full confidence and understanding.After our final inspection with the City Inspector, the Inspector himself complimented **** on his craftsmanship and keen attention to detail, cleanliness, safety and professionalism. We passed inspection with flying colors!Everyone who walks into my home stops and admires the fireplace and installation. I've passed along The Pyro Guy's info to all my friends, neighbors, coworkers and everyone I know.I'm looking forward to working with **** and his team again in the future and will be a forever client. I fully endorse and recommend!

    **** and his team made quick work in solving our fireplace needs. From the bid process to the final product it was nothing short of 5-Star. Highly recommend that you wait for him to be available (he is busy because he is good).

    The Pyro Guy and their staff re AMAZING. They were *** to help us out on two of our fireplaces. one being a permitted direct vent install and the other being gas logs with custom fire glass doors. thePyroGuy only uses high end products straight from the manufacture offering phenomenal warranties and seamless process we would recommend ThePyroGuy to anyone!
