Okay so I had called Happy Recovery, after my car was repossessed and called them to make sure and to let them know that it would take me a while to pay up some of my bills before I would be able to come get my car out and asked multiple times on that call that not matter how long my car sat in there yard and me letting them know I needed some time was told and assured that my pay rate would not go up daily and would remain at the flat rate of 200 dollars,& I had even asked at that time as well so no matter if I were to take a long time to make up the money to get my car out when I came to pick it up it wouldnt be more than 200 dollars and now when I called to get my car out they are completely denying that I was told that and speaking to a manager there, was told that they do have recordings of all calls,& when I had asked to hear this call they completely didnt even try to acknowledge me asking about itand I then told the manager, well you guys falsely gave me the information that I wouldnt be up charged,& then now are proceeding to do thatnd also explained clearly the first time I called as well as told the manager that I spoke to on sep ****** when I called I had asked that if Im going to be charged more each day that I would just use the money I had to come get it if I knew I was going to be charged daily, but was givin false information just so that they could lie and say they never said that and to charge me 900 dollars now

We are aware of this complaint debtor left unit on lot with no contact for  65 days after bank advised him to recover unit we are only obglated to hold unit till contract ends. W have advised this young man that we can charge 75 a day which would bring his total to ***** dollars we agred at the time to flat rate his fees and have not put a storage lien on his car. We have made every resonable effot to help this person but if he would like we can charge him the normal rate if that makes him feel any better. I am not aware of any tow yard or automotive storage ficility that will let you store for 60 pluse days for free. In short we are only offer bank rates for storage for debtor till bank relieses unit to debtor. we ARE NOT A FREE SREVICE

I had my car repossessed and it was being stored at Happy Collateral Recovery. When I came to pick up my vehicle I had to sign forms that I had inspected my vehicle and all was well before I was even allowed to see my car. When I told them I was not comfortable signing until I see my vehicle I was told that I had the choice of sign or make another appointment to come back. But either way I could not have access to my vehicle. Unfortunately I am not in the position to argue, because for my livelihood I need my car. I felt pressured into signing or else Ill have to go more time of A not having my vehicle and B having to pay more days of storage fees l. So I signed. But once my car was back in my possession it was so dirty I could not see anything on its I immediately got it washed and saw a bunch of scuff makes all over my driver side back door and hood of my vehicle. This is unethical and illegal to have people sign off on these types of documents especially when all I asked was to see my car first before signing.
