    ********************* wrote me this morning to tell me to, be an adult and talk to your neighbors. In response to me asking for customer service. *************** ***** have proven to me in my opinion, to not care about their jobs or servicing me as their customer. They do not respond in a timely manner to any emails, do not abide by their companies credo or promises. They continuously fall short of what they say they will deliver and I have been extremely unhappy with the way ***** and ***** respond to me or do not respond. I really want people to know how terrible my experience has been with this company who never even bothers to respond to their bbb complaints. They literally are not complying with what their website says they will do for customers. Deeply unsatisfied on a daily basis with this management group. I hope they get replaced soon. I cant stand how terrible ***** and ***** treat me as their customer. I am the resident abd homeowner and they are disrespectful to me as their customer. I wish they will be replaced with a better company who actually cares about their customers, in my opinion. Im asking the company to stop lying on their website because I have plenty of proof they do no abide by what their false claims they provide on their website, in my opinion.

    This tenant calls and emails almost every day to complain about their neighbor.  As a management company, we can't and don't handle neighbor to neighbor complaints about noise, the police do.  She has emailed 202 times in the past 6 months.
