    We went to skate on 07/30/24 and 08/22/24. On 07/30/24 there was group hockey ****** on public ice and there was no safe space to skate. They put cones all over the ice. When I complained the probl em was not corrected.We went on 08/22/24 again and there was figure skater jumping doubles and triples and she basically took the whole ice. When I complained I was told it is what it is. I asked for refund and said we will leave and was told no.

    Aliso Viejo Ice palace owner owns *************** Ice palace that cannot be found on BBB. *********** Ice palace has a current game kings vs goldrush AAA that started at ****am on 10/14/23. The livebarn subscription that is an agreement with Lake Forest Ice Palace and Livenarn states that the content and rights are to live barn. LIvebarn pays 30 percent to Ice palace for subscribers streaming the services. Currently there is a lock on the livebarn stream for no reason. subscribers are not able to watch the game via livebarn. This is a sport to have anyone watch the games. please manage the streaming locking feature from the rinks personal practices and the open public games.
