    On July 6, 2025, I paid WP Fix It $37 for a support ticket to fix my website (*******************). The issue stemmed from an account suspension due to a missed renewal payment, which I was unaware of. After paying the $37 and requesting support, I was met with extremely rude, unprofessional, and threatening communication from their support agent.After I left a negative review on Trustpilot explaining the poor service, I received multiple emails threatening to delete my entire website within 24 hours unless I removed the review. They stated they would erase me from the internet and launch an aggressive SEO campaign against me.This is clear retaliation, coercion, and possible extortion. They also stated they would publicly post information about my business to third-party sites and forums.I requested a refund and my site backup. They delayed support and ultimately disabled my website for hours, causing reputational harm and potential lost revenue. Thankfully, my new host was able to migrate the website in time.This is not an isolated incident. Ive since discovered similar patterns in other 1-star Trustpilot reviews dating back yearsusers also report threats and website takedowns following negative ********** requesting a full refund of $37 and a permanent record of this complaint on file, as well as assurance that WP Fix It will not retaliate against me or attempt to harm my business online.Their conduct is unethical, unprofessional, and harmful to small businesses like mine.
