    I was charged for over $1000 in Total by Canyon Gateway RV Park for a stay I did not make. I booked the rv park hotel online and arrived their after their closing hour. After finding the hotel room unit, my husband and I soon realized that the heater is completely broken (cannot be turned on, the control panel out of battery, the entire room freezing since it was below freezing point at night there)The office was shut and no one provided any help. We called their emergency line but no one answered. We had to book another hotel nearby at midnight because otherwise we will freeze at Grand Canyon. We left voice messages telling canyon gateway rv park to cancel our bookings and reported the problem. However, after our trip, I noticed more than $1000 was deducted from my bank by Canyon Gateway RV Park for a duplicated booking that we never booked, extended or stayed. I attempted to make a complaint and refund request but was denied.

    We never used the service. We canceled by calling the ** trailer Park. We disputed with our credit card company but they contested claiming we arrived after hours. WE WERE NEVER THERE. In the response, there is no plate number for our trailer or truck. Not to mention a Signed confirmation of our arrival. I do not know who was there But it was not us.
