    RC Dispatch Remodeling ******** ********) & ****** **** were referred to me for a job to do a backyard project back in June of 2022. They came out on June 17th, 2022 to measure for a 12ft x 34ft porch to tie into the home. This would include a permit, concrete, beams to match existing porch on home, electrical, drywall, fans, and lighting. In addition to the porch, there was 16 yards of concrete needing to be added for a walkway from the side gate to porch needing to be added, and a concrete walkway for a pad of concrete needing to be added for a 12ft x 14ft Gazebo. All the concrete work was to be prepped before installation. A pool wrought iron fence was to be fabricated around the area of my pool. Since my pool is custom, they needed to follow the same pattern or the walkway. Lastly, they were to add artificial Turf in 2 areas of the yard which measured 38ft x 38ft and everything needed to be prepped for turf. For the project they gave pricings of each as follows: Addition to Extend Back Porch (includes material and labor cost): $10,400.00. Concrete Slab for back porch and gazebo pad/walkway: $4,800.00. Installation of pool fencing/build: $6,420.00. Artificial grass installation/prep: $5,200.00. Total $26,820 As I said no, they said they can do $25,000.00 if I can referral them some people for more work which I said absolutely. We agreed to $25,000.00 total. As the job started, I pulled a home improvement loan for the $25,000.00. ****** * **** Was the one in charge at this point and mentioned it would be him and "his guys" coming to do the work as they are swamped with work. I didn't question ******* coming back as we had a contract from RC Dispatch Remodeling in hand. Fast Forward to today. I only have concrete done, some additional work I added and paid separate for, but NO turf, wrought iron fence around pool, or 12x34 porch! Do not trust these guys!
