    8/4/23: I paid $1,179.00 for antique oak mission table w/ chairs, leaves, oak buffet w/ mirror & one patio chair to be moved from Tucson, Arizona to Groveland, California. The date of delivery was 9/29/23. The furniture never came. 10/2/23: Grant L. Johnson left a message that the movers forgot to put the furniture on the truck. He just rented a U Haul. I called & spoke to him. He would charge me $500 for the U Haul so I opted for the next deliver date, 11/28/23. I also asked questions about storage, donation, refund, and next delivery date. I never told Grant to donate my furniture as he said in his response to the 7/16/24 review I gave. 10/4/23: I call Grant & he said he would not have charged me $500 because his wife would not have liked that. 11/28/23: The furniture was not delivered. 12/5/23: I emailed Grantimove that I did not receive the furniture. The response was that Grant would be back in service on Thursday & would contact me then. "We are sorry about the inconvenience but it was beyond his control. Your furniture is safe and will be delivered." 12/7/23: There was no contact from Grant Johnson as promised. 2/3/24: I texted "I have not heard from you as promised nor have I been given a delivery date. All I know is it's in Arizona in your storage unit. I really want the furniture asap." I gave him my mobile number and home phone number again. I received no response. I waited than wrote a review on 7/16/24. He writes among other things, "...she told me she didn't have room for it and to donate it. Then an hour later she wanted to set it up for redelivery. We still have your furniture and the next time we are headed that way we'll deliver it..." 10/4/24: I texted Grant and he responded that he might be in my area at the end of the month. 2/25/25: I texted, "I have waited one year and 6 months. I don't wait to wait anymore." 5/4/25: I called Grantimove explaining I paid in full 8/4/23 I want my furniture or he owes a refund of $1,179. No response.
