              On 5/9/2022, a few weeks after measuring my cabinets for granite countertop installation, the company emailed me a contract which they indicated that I must sign, which included statements that they would not provide compensation for damage they might cause to my house or to the granite during installation. They made no mention of this required contract before 5/9/22. On 5/9/22, I informed the company that I would not sign this very unacceptable contract, and was ending our relationship. The company demanded that I pay them $250 for work that they had done preparing for the installation. This $250 was not mentioned in their initial proposal. Had this obviously unacceptable contract been disclosed to me prior to 5/9/2022, I would have immediately ended the plan to use their company. I want them to cease any claim to money from me. The work they say they have done to create templates is of no value to me.

              My husband and I were impressed from start to finish with the results of the job we had done by Visionary Granite. We contacted ****** on day 1 with some statements about the project we wanted to do and the next day we had our first quotes. Impressive!We were also pleased with ****** and ***** for always getting back to us in response to our questions and handling the scheduling. The templating was meticulousfor that we applaud **** and are so glad that he is a member of the team. His installation crew was very attentive to the setup and placement of the Taj Mahal quartzite we had chosen. The fabrication is gorgeous. *** and his crew did a wonderful job. For the mitred edges that needed some extra attention *** returned and made sure that we were completely satisfied before leaving our home. We highly recommend contacting the team at Visionary Granite.
