I loved this place... until I didn't. I came in, did an eye exam, and had to schedule an appointment for a fitting/ exam with the new lenses. I've worn various brands of contacts for over 20 years and have been to many eye centers, but I've never had to schedule a fitting in order to pick up my lenses. As a correction lens-wearer of over 35 years, I know when I can see well and when I can't. I know when a contact lens fits well and when it doesn't. This policy makes no sense. So my appointment was scheduled, I took the unpaid time off from my job, which I commute to a different city for, and it makes my schedule tight, BUT someone called to cancel my appointment because a staff member scheduled me to see the wrong doctor. I really needed my contact lenses asap, so I scheduled the next available date, even though they didn't have the time I needed, and I let them know I might be a few minutes late. So I get there a few minutes late on the day of the appointment as expected, and not only did the Dr refuse to see me, but I asked them to just give me the contacts, and they refused!! And the lady at the front desk had a major attitude and was totally unprofessional. So now I have to take yet another unpaid day off from work to see them because of course they billed everything against my insurance and it would be a hassle trying to get my benefits back. Although I showed them ***** when they made a mistake in scheduling my appointment, they chose not to show me that same *****, although it was completely within their power to do so. I hate businesses that try to teach you a ******* not knowing what you have to do to make things work with them. After I get these contact lenses from them, they won't have to worry about seeing me there anymore because I will be taking my business elsewhere. What poor customer service.
