      On July 13, 2024 I purchase a set of wheels and tires from Next Level located at *** * ***** ** ******* ***  The wheels and tires selected arrived within 2 days. We the discovered the set was to big and proceeded to order a different set of tires. Which should've arrived in 2 days July 17, 2024. Went back to the location the tires had not arrived to return the following day July 18, 2024. On July 18, 2024 I arrived and only 2 tires had arrived, I was informed the following day the other tires would arrived in the morning. Returned on July 19, 2024 no one was on the location, Jesus the owner was not taking my calls- finally was informed the tires didn't arrive. I requested a refund for the tires was informed not possible only store credit. I then requested the tires from the initial order as I couldn't wait any longer was informed no. I was authorized to remove the wheels from the location as they had beed n paid and Irequested for the owner to call - never did. I explained to the staff a refund for the tires as there is no where on the store a paper saying final sales, no refunds. I let them know without public notice of refund policy, they're with healing the customer money.
