I bought a used 2020 Entegra Vision 27A from National Indoor ** Center (NIRVC) in late January 2024. During the initial walkthrough, we noticed the rear slide wouldn't extend. The salesman, *****, acknowledged the issue, promising it would be fixed before purchase. Despite assurances, the slide malfunctioned during subsequent visits and at the final pickup, despite the service department's claims of repair.Frustrated but hopeful, we proceeded with the purchase after a demonstration of a working slide and were offered an additional 30-day warranty as reassurance. However, during our first trip, the slide failed again, stranding us hours from home. NIRVC's limited weekend support and unsuccessful troubleshooting left us to manage on our own, resulting in a shortened vacation and another service visit. The recurring slide issues persisted through multiple service appointments, challenging our patience and trust in NIRVC. Each repair, claimed to be successful, ended in disappointment. Our "We Owe" warranty was nearly expired, and the slide malfunctioned yet again. This pattern of poor service and unresolved technical issues highlighted a concerning lack of care and expertise at NIRVC, further evidenced by an incident where a service technician collided with another customer's coach. As we approach a planned multi-week vacation, our confidence in the ** and NIRVC is severely shaken, with the coach spending a significant portion of its time with us under repair and still not reliably functional.

** purchased used on 8/29/22. It is a model year 2021, and were told a NIRVC employee was selling it. After our 1st trip we had a repair for our dinette slide breaking. During tour next trip the same dinette slide, and our bedroom slide broke. Each time we extended or retracted it, the bolts would sheer off, leaving the slide stuck. Also, the kitchen sink fell out of the counter and the tank sensors failed. We cut our trip short and took it back to NIRVC for repairs. When it was ready for pick up, my husband wanted to go over repairs and the dinette slide broke again. NIRVC had our ** for nearly 3 months working on the repair (nearly 4 of the 12 months of ownership it has been in for repairs). We met with the ** to review repairs and discuss our concerns, payments, and money spent for repairs. He told us their servicemen werent qualified during our repair timeframe and 95% were let go. We also discovered that the ** was sold to us without their safety inspections and with open recalls of which we had to pay for a new tire. The service manager stated they dropped the ball. We learned we put a deposit on the ** without any inspections or it being put into the NIRVC system. The ** stated there was zero record of this coach in their system prior to August 22, 2022, no record of the coach being owned an employee, and it was not even originally sold by NIRVC at any location in the US. We called the manufacturer, they informed us the coach was originally sold to NIRVC in *********. Weve lost money on payments while the ** was in for repairs and we feel they were negligent in the sale without any safety inspections, check for recalls, and selling us an ** that was not listed in their system prior to us putting a deposit on the coach. The ** is now in our possession, and we are hoping all repairs were done correctly. NIRVC wont respond to emails or communicate with us. We believe the integrity of the sale is in question and NIRVC continues to be dishonest with us.

Date of transaction: 2023-03-11 We were talked into purchasing an extended warranty on this RV as we were the second owner and the manufacturer warranty only applies to the first owner. RV Care Extended Warranty Contract #: ********** Extended Warranty purchase price: $9,110.00 It was discovered on August 29th that the paperwork/contract for the extended warranty was never submitted to the *************** and when requested information on being able to use the warranty for repairs. National Indoor RV Center admitted that they misplaced the paperwork for the warranty and would have to submit the paperwork to the ************************* (RV Care). This would require a 30-day waiting period for the extended warranty to become active. This was unacceptable to us and we requested that the extended warranty be refunded and we would move forward without having it. NIRVC claimed that they would have the refund submitted within a couple of days but this did not occur. It has taken >73 days with a bi-weekly email request for status since the initial request for the refund for it to occur. As of today, we are still waiting on payment.
