The following describes a pending government action that has been formally brought by a government agency but has not yet been resolved. We are providing a summary of the governments allegations, which have not yet been proven.
On July 7, 2025, The Arizona Attorney General’s Office filed a Complaint against Pro Source CBD LLC and Tim Kell, Member Manager of Pro Source CBD LLC. Charges filed allege the business and Tim Kell are in violation of state and federal law prohibiting unfair acts or practices and misrepresentation or concealment of material facts, by repeatedly selling tobacco and nicotine products to underage persons without taking adequate measures to avoid access to such products, ignoring or failing to check the age of such persons, and failing to post signage and warn persons of the legal age of sale and the addictive nature of nicotine, or harmful effects due to the use of tobacco products.
