    I just had American Family Security install a multi-player security system for my house in a rural area of *******. We've been wanting something like this for years, since we have no neighbors within visual or sight distance, and we sometimes travel.Our installer was friendly, helpful, and professional, it was a great overall experience. Only a few hours and he was finished. I then got instructions on how to use the system, getting the phone app connected to my account, and what to do if alarms go off when we are home or away. All rooms are now equipped with multiple sensors for windows, doors, motion, and glass breaking. Many more options are available, and we may add cameras, doorbell cameras and garage coverage in the future. A host of home automation features and options are possible - lights and fans and coffee and smart devices of many types.We'll probably have American Family Security back to add some of these automation options in the near future. After such a great experience, I wouldn't consider using anyone else.

    American Family Security installed a full alarm system in my home then some home automation stuff and some wifi cameras. Amazing job. They were more affordable than 2 other quotes, included more stuff, were ****% professional and did an outstanding job. Would recommend 10/10 times. A+ service and experience.
