    I placed an order with Amazon on line on Nov 25, 2023 for a ******************* Italian 24kt Yellow Gold Fleur-****** 1-Gram Ingot Pendant Necklace With 14kt Yellow Gold Frame Tracking ID: ****************** I never received a confirmation it had been delivered. I work from home. There was no reason to check my door after placing an order on Nov 25th. I do not have prime. Never received the necklace. I contacted the seller which was ******************* by message through Amazon. I was directed to contact Amazon. After several calls and messages. This issue was not resolved. I contacted my bank. The bank asked to forward the messages from Amazon. Which I did. This issue has not been resolved. I consulted an attorney through my employer. He suggested to contact the BBB as a last resort. Thank you

    I have contacted Amazon about my return & they are stalling on giving me my refund. I received the dog stroller on 01/09/24 and returned it b/c it has a rip in the fabric. I returned it & requested a refund. They received item in Az facility on 01/17/24. There is no reason for them to not give me a refund. Order# ***-1772215-8952256 Order total $103.13 Return received We will process your refund in 2-3 days.
