      ZERO STARS! This is by far the WORST experience I have EVER had with a business. I was just finishing up at Discount Tire and was pulling out of the parking spot when a tow truck was pulling in behind me. He saw me trying to get out and intentionally blocked me, parking directly behind my vehicle, He literally could've waited TWO seconds for me to get out, I had to sit there for 20 minutes until he unloaded the car. I had some words with him and he completely ignored me and could not care less, What if I had an emergency or an appointment to get to? I even called the company to complain and they could not have been more rude or cared less and the lady started yelling at me. I am livid and would like to know that this has been reported and documented. The rudest, most unprofessional company I have ever encountered. Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter!
