    I take my phone to change the *** screen for the amount of $170 but never give me an option about they telling me if they have origanal or a duplicate *** screen never ask me... they change me and I agree to it to pay the amount in full and they told me its will be ready in two hours.. The ask me to go next door at ********* to go and wait for me phone to be repair and after the two hours came back and its was ready and I did pick it up when home the phone *** screen they give me was the duplicate can't correspond with my phone like the facing opening, battery running dead can't keep on charge for long like the way if was before, so I contact them the next day to ask that what ever screen they instill is not work properly.. so I want there to see what was going on they told me that I pay for the duplicate *** screen so I tell them I do not know the difference between original and duplicate and why you guys never ask me before working on my phone and if they was to tell me I have the option to say if I want either one or not to repair my phone but they never told about that. So the tell me I have to pay addition $240 to get the original so I ask him why he never tell me before working on my phone **** he could talk to me and he say he can't do anything until I pay the addition $240 to get the original and I only paid for the duplicate I was like not *** you charge me to change my *** screen if you was going to say I have tow *** screens you have to pick from one of the two then I will tell you what I need and you charge me for it.. So I walk away to take it to different repair shop but before that I call apple to see what was going on with my phone so apple diagnostics and tell me that the genuine will not correspond with my phone that they give me a duplicate *** screen that it will not work with my phone cause my phone is original not duplicate... they messing up my phone and can't work like before and apply say they can't work on my phone no more its a third party
