    I used Reshoevn8rs ******************* for my *********************** Cactus **** sneakers, my first grail purchase, and the experience was disappointing.Damage During Service:The toe box of one shoe was damaged, which wasnt there before. My pre and post photos clearly show the damage happened during their care, despite their claims otherwise.My cherished sneakers are damaged, and I hope Reshoevn8r takes this feedback seriously to improve their service quality and communication. I would like them to replace the pair they ruined with a like or better pair.

    i ordered some products from them and they are not shipping them or responding to any of my requests at all

    A week before April 13 I ordered one of their 16 oz bottles for 30 dollars plus tax and shipping. They mailed the product to a strangers house somewhere in *******. Before the item was mailed I reached out via email because its their only option for support and they ignored replying until the product was already sent. Then told me they could not fix only fed ex can. Fed ex told me they wouldnt even talk to me because it had to be them to make the correction. Now they are trying to send it to me again with the address still incorrect. I want my refund. I reached out again and called the number but the number is only a recorded message on how to chat online. Did chat and chat just sends you on endless loop back to email. I want my refund and taxes and shipping back . Never want to buy here again
