    According to information in BBB files; Komprehensiv Solutions also known as Arizona Clean Energy has a pattern of complaints involving advertising, sales issues, billing issues, and customer service. Complaints allege experiencing an unreasonable delay in the ability to cancel, a severe sales misrepresentations made by a specific former employee, and the inability to return products for a full or partial refund. At this time, Komprehensive Solutions has responded to the pattern of complaints stating that the former employee is no longer with the company and they are attempting to assist consumers in obtaining the promised payments and savings close to what they were told. To date, the business has been unable to meet the majority of the savings claims made during the sales presentation. The company has removed estimated payment information from its website in an effort to eliminate the false impression of general savings claims. In addition, the company now has a policy in place that requires a consumer to sign documentation indicating they fully understand the contracted service.

    At this time some of the complaints filed remain unresolved.
