    On 8-8-2023, I received an invoice for the repair of my 2009 **** Edge. I initially asked for a diagnosis to determine whether I should put more money into the vehicle or take my money and purchase a new vehicle. Owner Keon Glover, called and asked what the car was doing. I sent a video of the sludge in the engine and let him know it overheated. He said it was the head gasket and water pump just from my explanation but wanted to get the car to dive further in detail and requested a $400 deposit to start the process. Upon payment and retrieval of the car, I still didn't receive an actual diagnosis. He has only mentioned that the head gasket was blown. **** had my car from 8-10-2023 until and it was towed back to me on 9/23/2023, unable to work. Once he towed the car to me he did not alert me of a tow truck coming and the tow truck driver locked my keys in the dead car. When I received my car back not only was the engine smoking, but the battery no longer holds a charge which wasn't an issue that was happening before Keon Glover received the car. I have repeatedly asked for a refund and **** has failed to provide one. He has failed to fix my car, in fact it was worse than when I initially gave it to him. He never provided pictures or repairs, old parts, or proof of ordered parts but received the full $1100 via cash app. DO NOT USE THIS MAN AND LEGAL ACTION WILL BE TAKEN FOR UNRENDERED SERVICES, PUNITIVE DAMAGES, PAIN AND SUFFERING for this inconvenience.
