Im a Philadelphia Firefighter, the past few years have been tough to say the least. After divorce, bankruptcy, and on the job injury, that kept me out of work for 2 yrs, I finally got my life back together, and have my credit score where I need it to be to buy a house. But Just recently a mediation company called me and said that Im being sued for $ ******** . They said they notified me by mail, and that is a lie. The company told me this will go on my credit report, and I would have to pay the full debt. The company then told me I could settle out of court for ***** and save my credit. I told them if I actually *** this debt the bankruptcy should have covered it. The person handling my case ***** More then said they know I have the money now through credit and bank records, and have proof its my debt, and that there are no statute of limitations. So I asked for some info about the debt, the info was limited he said they dont have to give me that info. I paid $300.00 dollars and went on a payment plan of ****** a month. ***** More told me if I find proof debt was satisfied, or fraudulent they would refund my money. I started to investigate and called the supposed creditors, and my bankruptcy lawyer. They all told me there was no such account, and to call the authorities. I called them back and they were very threatening in saying will see you in court, and refunded my money, I told them I just needed more info to investigate, because I dont want my credit tanked. They said they dont have to give me any more info. They then recharged my card ****** because that was all I had. I investigated more, called back to complain and get more info. We got into a heated argument, the case ******* ***** More wont even take my calls since he recharged my card. Now they say they wont refund my money because I signed a contract, and will see you in court. Is this legal. Can you please help because they have the power to set my life back. Thank you.Sincerely ******* *****

This company has been calling me and harassing me almost everyday about information I do know about. They call me during my work hours and have a third party call me as well. I talked to them once and they are saying they are filing a legal complaint on behalf of *************** about a **** I had in 2006, which is almost ********************************************************************************************************************************* with wage garnishments and are using scare tactics to say if I don't pay before we hang up, there will be a lawsuit filed against me. This company seem like they are going around fraud people out of money. They say the debt is on my credit report in which i checked and its on none. I dont know if this is a real business because I cannot find it on none of the debt collectors sites nor on BBB site.
