  They have been scamming the community for years and are accepting payments without completing the services. **** *** is using deceptive practices and people's ignorance of the legal process to take advantage of consumers. He doesn't provide the Affidavit of Services filed correctly thru the courts and charges additional rates misleading people to believe he is attempting to serve. He refused to provide his private process servers certification ID and he is obligated to disclose this information when asked. He employed his ex spouse (a multiple time felon and convicted of violent crimes as well as deceiving and disobeying court orders. He has allowed her to accept clients information, payment and documentation and has led clients to believe he has a trusted, ethical staff. He has filed protective orders against her and police reports to prove she is a danger, but then has her working with the clients that they are taking advantage of. He is required to uphold the trust of the community per his code of ************************ He doesn't operate out of his statutory business address, but in a private residential community where clients go to meet his spouse thinking it is safe to do so. Their lease was terminated and he hasn't operated out of the address for months and has not updated his info. He is maintaining client documentation in his garage and not out of an established business office. He also operates as a Private Process Server thru several business entities (Valley Wide Process, The Process Server (TPS), Fast Serve AZ, The $20 Valley Wide Process Server, etc). When a client calls the number from one entity, they are often routed through to another entity to complete the transaction.

  We respectfully respond to this complaint by clarifying that the individual who filed it is not and has never been a client of The Process Server (TPS) or any of our affiliated entities. This is a personal neighbor dispute, not a marketplace transaction, and no payment, service request, or client file exists under this persons name.

  Scamming / non-performance: False. We maintain complete records of service attempts, affidavits, and client communications. We have no record of payment or service request from this individual.

  
  

  Affidavit / fee concerns: False. Affidavits are filed per court rules, and any additional charges (rush, stakeout, **** tracing, notary, etc.) are disclosed before services are performed.

  
  

  Certification ID / ethics: Our ********************************************* certifications are valid and provided to clients, courts, or law enforcement upon request. We comply with the Arizona Code of Judicial Administration.

  
  

  Employment / client safety: No individual with disqualifying convictions handles client data. Strict access controls are in place.

  
  

  Business address: We operate as a mobile legal support service, which is industry standard. Our statutory address is for mail and official use; fieldwork occurs across multiple jurisdictions.
