I purchased a printhead 300dpi for my Zebra zt620 printer from Ganson Engineering which stated the printhead was a Zebra OEM printhead on 2/24/23. The printhead is missing pixels. Ganson Engineering first told me to send back to printhead and they would replace it since it is still under warranty. After sending back the printhead two weeks ago I could not get anyone to return my emails or voicemails. Finally I called acting like I wax going to purchase a printhead and alas...they answered their phone. First they (*******) said this morning they were sending a replacement printhead. They were just waiting on a PCB board??????? Then I received an email stating "warranty cannot cover this due to excess label edge wear damaging the print glass. This could be caused by uneven printhead pressure or ribbon not covering full length of label which are both ridiculous and untrue! I called Zebra and waitied 1/2 hour on hold to be told that the original OEM number that was on the printhead FE2203-00283AB is not valid and that Ganson Engineering is not a distributor for Zebra orintheads???? How can a company get away with misrepresenting your companies printheads and get away with this? What are my recourses? This should not be allowed to happen. A very disgruntled customer.

On 8/8/22, I placed an order for two printer cartridges, the order total was $617.16. By the time the order arrived, I had been informed by the owner of our business that we were closing our doors. I contacted Ganson Engineering on 8/18/22 to ask how to return the items. We took the items to ***** on two different trips. I have the ***** shipping numbers and provided that information to Ganson Engineering along with the delivery dates and the names of persons who accepted the returns. I have emailed Ganson Engineering on many occasions asking for an update on the refund, but am only being told that they will contact their warehouses for an update and never get any actual answers. I do understand there may be a restocking fee and shipping won't be refunded, so I do not expect to have the full $617.16 returned to **. I have been very patient up to this point. The owner of the business is *************************. I am filing this complaint on his behalf as his employee who placed the order. The last correspondence with Ganson was on March 28, 2023.
