    On October 29th 2024 I paid Pigeons R Us $370.50 to install residential bird netting onto my roof to prevent pigeons from nesting in a certain area. After the install, I noticed there was some roof tile missing and I called the owner to let him know and he denied that the installer removed any tiles from my roof. I had before and after pictures showing otherwise and I sent these over to him. Even after sending the pictures, he continued to deny that his installer removed the tiles, but sent them out a day or two later to go back an inspect the roof. When the installer came back, he placed some of the missing tiles back into their original spots. This was during colder weather so there were no birds yet, once it got warmer pigeons came and I noticed them nesting inside the netting due to a gap in the netting. In May, I contacted ****** and let him know pigeons were nesting in the netting and he sent someone out to inspect around May 21st 2025. His inspector stated the netting was "cut" and ****** blamed me for this. I let him know I don't go on my roof and no other company has been on my roof. He refused to fix the netting and I told him it was probably cut when his installer came back out to reinstall the missing tile. Again, ****** said his installer doesn't do that because he forgot they had to fix my tile previously. The netting has a five year written warranty and the business is not honoring this because they are accusing me of cutting the netting. I have never been on my roof or had anyone on my roof since they installed the netting. I do not want anyone else from this company or any of their contractors on my roof, I just want a full refund of my $370.50 so I can have the netting properly installed by another company since Pigeons R Us does not honor their warranty and accuses customers of inexplicably damaging their own property.

    Company is extremely unethical, dishonest and threatening. They did not do the work that was suppose to be done originally. Extremely hostile the entire time trying to get resolution. Company then offered to bribe my wife with a discount on what's owed, in return for not leaving any reviews.

    The Customer wife called and request a settlement of $450.00. We gave the customer an additional $50.00 off just to settle this matter.  They paid ****** to settle this matter in full!  We also have a written agreement with his wife that no one in her family would post on social media which is a direct violation of our agreement and will be seeking a legal response.  I can provide transcripts from email and text if need  Please caution there are some horrendous things this customer said not suitable to read or view

    His wife called and I went beyond her request. Original bill was $585.00. We openly acknowledge we missed an area that should have been power washed so we were happy to give a discount. The matter was settled and we will not give the customer further discount beyond what was agreed upon.

    Once again, more lies and dishonesty from this company.  First off, my wife did not call, but emailed.  Second, she did not request a settlement for $450. $450 was offered by the business just hours before and she wanted to pay it. The $450 was offered for work not preformed. I also have the email, available for view. The $400 was then offered to my wife as a "BRIBE" to not leave any reviews on social media. Which I'm sure is a violation of the **************** on many review sites including the **** There is NO written agreement that exists, only an exchange of a couple emails.The BBB is NOT social media. There was no review given; although that is an option. I filed a "COMPLAINT".  

     Once again, this company is completely exaggerating the facts of the matter. You are free to read any emails or texts sent.  The company only admitted to missing all the bird waste and nest after over a week of fighting with the company. The very rude/disrespectful owner ******, whom has a history of this behavior (if you read other Yelp reviews). I was being accused of trying to "PULL SOMETHING" as well as accusing me of trying to rip them off.  After accusing me of trying to rip them off, ****** made me climb onto my second story roof to take pictures of all the bird waste and nest left behind.  Until the point of sending the photos, I was being accused of lying and ripping them off. The $585 was a late fee that was charged out of spite while arguing that I would not pay for work that was not completed.I also had ****** on speaker phone for my wife to hear his very irrational, unhinged and aggressive behavior toward me.  There are also other complaints detailing this same behavior.  After hearing this man's threats and behavior: my wife wanted to file a restraining order against ****** and his company.  I held off from filing the restraining order, but I see now it will have to be filed.  These people are unhinged, dishonest and can not be trusted.

    If he want to go to arbitration then let set  it   This is what he does best he like to brow beat up his trades and not pay a single dime.  He's mentally and verbally very abusive, and we are done with it arbitration or bye-bye.

    Madi- This last very strange response is the type of unprofessionalism Ive been dealing with the entire time. Ive uploaded a pic of the email where the business offers the bribe. Proving not only their dishonesty in business practices, but also disproving their explanation of cost.

    Please take the time to read the negative reviews on Yelp. This is 100% the exact same thing Ive been dealing with. Now knowing they offer bribes, intimidate and threaten, Im wondering how many more negative reviews there would be on this business.
