On May 14th 2024 I paid this company $486 to move my 4 bedroom home into my storage unit until I was able to move into my new place a few weeks later. When I was finally able to move into my new place I tried to hire this company again but they were unavailable so I went with someone else and when I was facilitating the new movers and everything was being loaded onto the truck, my doll was bent into an on knees position high touching the ceiling which is not what I instructed them to do and I did tell them she was extremely fragile and to keep her wrapped up how I had her. I let them know she could ONLY be bent to pick her up and carry her to the car if youre one person and she has to be bent back flat how I had her. The movers caused damage to my dolls knees and i use my doll as a prop while streaming, shes a live like doll thats 1300 that I got on sale for $611. I used thumbtack to hire the movers and As you can see in my text from the owner he said he didnt have insurance and was asking me how can we fix this and but when thumbtack reached out to him he told them hes not responsible, I dont appreciate being lied to or making it seem like you care about your customers when you dont and he was only sweet talking me and doesnt want to claim responsibility anymore. This is very bad service. My doll was not damaged at all prior to them touching her. I take care of that doll like a human being and would never damage her. Id like this company to be held responsible and make sure that they get the insurance theyre supposed to have legally while conducting this business and stop lying to its customers that they have coverage and they dont, I also want them to keep their word and fix the issue which is replacing my doll. I have all my receipts and records. Thank you

******************* LLC owner of Key-On Moving, emailed me an invoice for $290.00 using the squareup payment service. It included a PAY INVOICE box on the invoice. I paid the invoice with my discover debit card. on 3/16/24 using the PAY INVOICE option. On 3/17/24, ********************* reached out and said he saw I made a payment but did not take payments electronically and asked me to pay in cash for the moving services. I explained the invoice sent had a pay invoice option and aallwed me to pay with my debit card. Ultimately, i was required to pay in cash for the services rendered. So I paid $290 electrically and $355 in cash for moving services from this business. The owner says he did not get the $290 from Square up and refuses to pay back the $290 back to me since he had proof that I paid $355 cash to the movers.
