    I packaged and sealed three boxes myself; all they needed to do was slap a label on each one. I asked for the cheapest rate. One item they sent ***** for $22.64 when it could have gone **** for $11.60. Another was sent via **** Ground Advantage for $22.86 but should have been $15.10 and the other they charged $47.64 when it should have been $27.80. The total they charged me was $93.14 when I would have paid $54.50 at the ************ I can see an upcharge for their service but almost $40 for just pasting labels on three boxes is uncalled for!

    I have been using the local Pak Mail service in ***********, ** for years and have had great service. I have only asked them to pack something once. In that case, I took the item and the box in for an estimate.. They weighed the item, and the box I was going to put it in, They quoted me a price. I said OK and said I would pack it up. They said, "No, let us do it." There was no extra charge. My most recent experience on 7/14/23, was handled quickly, courteously and at a reasonable price.

    Had a package mailed to me from pak mail, after receiving my invoice I found that they charged me 2 times the **** rate. I emailed the pak mail store in regards and also emailed pak mail corporate and they have not responded. The package was mailed from ***** to ****************, the package weighed 6lbs and the charged over $80 for shipping. This company is stealing from people hoping they won't notice the double charge. They should be shut down, I've found many reports of them ripping people off.

    The customer knew the cost of shipping before paying. We could have taken his item back to the auction house and he could have used anyone he wanted for shipping. If he called us, we would have offered a discount because we have one on our web site. We have to pickup the item, use our materials and labor to pack and ship. It was not just for shipping....
