      Abysmal service. I am still without furniture. Management doesn't care and we have had to miss work to have no one show up with what we purchased. They need to be investigated.

      Nice furniture with reasonable prices But the sales lady, ******** was so focused on selling me a dining room when I asked for a living room that she forgot to offer me the furniture insurance and she missed typed my address to the **************** now I need to call them to fix it

      My experience with Mega Furniture was similar to ******* R's review of 9/23/24 & ******** A's & others here on BBB, so apparently mine was not a one off experience. Online purchase of a reclining loveseat for $769.40 including sales tax on 12/23/24. Was to pick up item from distribution center at ***************************************** to avoid $100 delivery fee. Confirmation email said to expect item to be available for pickup four days later on 12/27. Then was told it was delayed until 2nd or 3rd week of January, 2025. 2nd week of January came & went and was told now was delayed again and would not arrive until 3rd week of February. Like ******* R I called to cancel the order and seek refund to my credit card. Was told by management order was cancelled on 1/8/25 and to expect refund posted to my credit card within 5 to 7 business days. It's now 7 days later and no refund. Tried emailing and calling distribution center at the 688-8900 number. No answer, went to voice mail, no reply from email contact page. I give them 1 more week then will file suit for restitution in small claims court. In that case will submit these reviews as evidence. $769 is no small amount to forfeit. I relied on the fact that they've been in business since 2002. I wish I'd read these reviews first. Reading down the list of other reviews it seems this conduct is par for the course for this company. Open question whether Mega Furniture is purposefully dishonest or just incompetent. Mega Furniture if you read this be aware I am on speaking terms with AZ AG **** ***** having worked on her 2022 election campaign. Will see what she has to say . People don't make the effort to post reviews with BBB because they're happy with a company's service. BBB why are you giving these people an A+ rating?

      ***** helped me look for a new sectional and coffee table for my new business office! I was indecisive about what color of coffee table I should do and he went above and beyond by bringing out options to get a visual by! I will recommend to my friends, clients and family to check it out and look for *****!

      This company has a faulty delivery service policy that doesn't specify deliver service for certain locations. The company doesn't follow their own delivery policy, and doesn't work with the customer to make sure that the customer is satisfied with their service. 0 stars is what this company deserves regarding customer service and guarantee delivery service.

      I have done quite a bit of business with this furniture store over the years, this is the first time I have ordered online from them. It was the worst experience I have ever had, no clear eta, horrible customer service, a lot of lying from these people or simply just incompetent people working here. A month and a half of waiting for my order and ultimately cancelled it, because they could not guarantee the delivery after all this time. I will never buy anything from this store, I recommend going to literally any other furniture store, at the very least never order anything online from these people.

      I purchased a dining table in March, 2023 and its broken into two pieces this week. I contacted the salesman and customer service. They said its over one year warranty period that they wont be responsible for any quality problem of the product and there is NO refund to me. Seriously? Its bad quality of your dining table and break into two pieces. Mega Furniture sells it to customers and doesnt care anything about sales service. BAD company.
