      I am not liable for this debt with RED MOUNTAIN ENDODONTICS I do not have a contract with the collection agency trying collect and reporting this to the credit report. They did provide me with the original contract as requested.

      E service *** sent 1st notice to ****************************; 5/25/22   with no response. Our office had contact on 10/29/2022 DID VER 1ST AND LAST NAME DID THE *********** THEN ASKED FOR LAST 4 SSN SHE HU.  on 11/21/2022 this was sent to ***** law. she didn't response to him at all. 07/19/2023

       ***************************** CONTACTED OUT OFFICE. DID VER1ST AND LAST NAME DID THE **** ******* THEN ASKED FOR LAST 4 SSN. WE EXPLAINED THIS WAS SENT TO ***** LAW SHE CLAIMED SHE NEVER RECEIVE NOTICE. ***************************** STATED THIS WAS ON HER CREDIT AND SHE WANTED TO PAY THE ACCOUNT. (SHE NEW SHE OWED)-I EXPL WE NEED CHECK WITH ***** LAW TO SHE SAID SHE NEVER GOT NOTICE SHE SAID SHE WANT TO PAY AND WE AGREE IF SHE DOES WILL REQ TO REMOVE. SHE NEVER CALLED BACK SHE THEN CERTIFIED MAIL TO OUR OFFICE TO SEND PROOF. WE HAVE 30 DAYS TO SEND I.S ON DISPUTE FILES SHE DIDNT DISPUTE SAID WANTED TO PAY. AS OF TODAY, BEFORE WE RECEIVED A COMPLAINT, WE DID SEND AS A COUTESTY THIS WAS MAIL CERTIFED TO HER TODAY THIS FILE WAS BEING SEND TO *********************** LAW WE HELD OFF TO SEND CURTIFLED AND WILL SENDING TO FILE IN 10 DAYS.

      ***************************** IS MAKING FALSE STATEMENT AND WE TAKE THIS VERY SERIOUSLY. 

      As a Minority Business we take slander and false statement very seriously. 

      We have proof that ***************************** is not telling the truth and is tried to damage our name over false statements.

HAS FOLLOWED ALL STEP REQUIARD TO COLLECTION ON THIS ******** OFFICE RECEIVED THIS FILE BACK 12/2022   NOTICES WAS SENT RE: SERVICE PROVIED IN YEARS PRIOR TO THIS DATE. OUR OFFICE SENT NOTICES AND NO RESPONSE, SO AFTER 3/5/2021 THIS WAS REQESTED TO REPORT TO CREDIT. ONLY NOW ARE THEY TRY TO SAY WE VIOLATED THEIR RIGHTS; THIS IS JUST NOT TRUE. BECAUSE OF THE AGE AND ******, WE PUT IN A REQUST TO REMOVE OFF THE CREDIT (TRANSUNION) BACK IN SEPT 27, 2022   

      PLEASE NOTE: PRIOR TO THIS COMPLAINT OUR OFFICE HAD ALREADY PUT IN REQUST TO REMOVE OFF THE CREDIT WITH TRANSUNION (09/27/2022

      WE TAKE FALSE ACCUSATIONS AND FALSE STATMENTS VERY SERIOUSLY. WE ARE SMALL MINORITY BUSINESS ANY OUR REPUTATION IS VERY IMPOTAINT
