    February 27th left a $800 to have my van wrapped and I have not been delivered any product for design completion or wrap done. No communication has been done (messaged multiple times and dont get any response ). The owner **** and partner have a law suit going. I have been robbed of my money and would like it back

    In October of 2022, Tint Gods LLC, wrapped the roof my *** X5 in black vinyl. Paid 400$ for services. Tint Gods had damaged the sunroof weather seal and had damaged the roof antenna. By December of 2022, a water leak from the damaged roof antenna had caused 4,000$ in electrical damage. Tint Gods stated their insurance will cover the repair. Its been 6 months and nothing has been done. The business ignores calls, texts etc. a complain was filed with ******* ************************

    I originally went to get my window tinted on my Porsche 911 Carrera (Windshield only). I paid the window tint company $200.00 cash. Immediately after finishing my window tint, I sat in my vehicle and noticed my A/C blower was constantly running even after the vehicle was turned off. The co-worker and the business owner attempted to resolve the issue and admitted fault to their mistake. At the time we were all unsure as to why the ** blower fan would not turn off. The conclusion at the time was for me to fix the vehicle and bring back the damage costs. After having a mechanic (license number: ******** look at my vehicle it turned out my Airbag/SRS light on the passenger side were all malfunctioned. There was complete water damage on all of these related parts. I then took the original damaged parts and the receipt I attached below back to the window tint, "Tintgods" and showed the owner, ********** the damage/costs. That day the owner said he would reimburse me after speaking with his "mechanics" to determine a compromised price. At this point it was clear the owner did not stay true to his word and want to fully reimburse me. The owner has since delayed any form of reimbursement and has continuously pushed off my phone calls and text messages. Below I provided receipts from the mechanic who fixed my vehicle. I also showed a picture of my vehicle that the business posted on their Instagram showing proof of the accurate date range of when this all occurred. I also provided a picture of the water damaged parts from spraying too much water all over my dash during the window tint. I am simply reaching out to you guys because I would like some help for a resolution to this as it has been nearly 4 full months since this occurred. Thank you for your time.
