5 starsWe are buying a newly built house and I asked my friends who just bought a house if they do a 3rd party inspection and all of them said yes. So I look for a reputable company and I decided to go with my instinct at Patterson property inspection and I was not disappointed. Our inspector ******** inspected everything, the things that I would not even see if I am the only one looking through the entire house inside and out. 5 stars****** was great. The pre-drywall inspection was very thorough, multiple up-close images to make sure I could see the issues, he spoke to the contractor lead while there, and he gave me a buzz to walkthrough the items in more detail. Super impressed.Patterson Property Inspections

5 starsI was very impressed with the speedy appointment and with the actual inspection. We were able to review all that was inspected and was given explanations for all. I was able to follow and understand the inspection. I would recommend this experience with anyone needing their home inspected. Very professional but also personable and informative. Highly recommend.
