    On 11/3/24 the kitchen sink pipes fell down, water poured into the cabinets. The kitchen sink and dishwasher cannot be used as water floods the kitchen. After several attempts to have a maintenance team come out to repair, Main Street renewal finally sent out a technician on 11/7/24. On 11/7/24 the technician looked at the issue for about 5 minutes and advised Main Street renewal did not authorize funds for the repairs and left. I contacted Main Street renewal on 11/7/24 just after that and was told the technician would need to send an estimate and it be approved before someone could be scheduled to come out for the repairs. On 11/8/24 the estimate and bid were denied by Main Street renewal. After numerous requests for a supervisor, I have yet to be escalated and cannot receive any updates on the work order request. I am unable to cook in my kitchen and have been forced to buy food pre made for over a week now creating a significant financial burden. My son has severe food allergies and cannot eat out as much due to his allergies. Today is 11/11/24 and I am still unable to get a technician or maintenance crew to my residence to repair the pipes. There is now water damage to the kitchen cabinets creating a mold issue.

    Mainstreet Renewal's failed to properly address my previous complaints and falsified their information regarding the reports they made. ******** the manager who I speak to refuses to take any responsibility for the failures on behalf of *** and when filing complaints against her she blatantly ignores you. Sadly they came to repair a leak and the pool which keeps turning green. The company clipped a pipe and now my yard fills with water daily in a 15 foot patch which ruined an outdoor carpet which became molded. We then were told the pool service couldnt enter our yard, While we were home Ill mention, and they charged us $250 claiming our Loose Animals and refusal to allow the staff to enter were the reasons for charges. They charged $150 in too for the monthly pool service which hasnt been cleaning the pool, and then two separate charges of $25, along with a $48 utility fee which is absurd as all utilities are in my name since the date if move in. The manager ******** sent an email claiming shed removed any fees and was bringing my account back into compliance. This never happened, we now have a balance of over $850 in fees and false claims by ***. I contacted the company and management personally each week citing services and the times we are home. (Service Animals are Present). They refused to acknowledge the time frames and stated we were noncompliant. - How if we give clear Designations of times we are present?We made requests to have services performed while we are home due to service animals being present, They refused which is disappointing and discriminatory. We personally contacted the pool company and theyve refused to communicate as the paying client is MainStreet Renewals. (After billing $150 Pool Fee)The pool has never been properly cleaned and tested / treated by these people and Ive been charged wrongly. I demand a refund a help relocating. Weve tried to mitigate
