    Had them come out to replace the back glass on an 08 Sorento. Technician broke one of the brackets, stuff happens. They ordered the part and called to set up a time to come back out which was a Wednesday. That day came and went so I called the next day and they said oh no its next Wednesday. Ok, no problem. Whatever. The next Wednesday came and my 1-5 PM window passed for me to get a call at 6:30 that way he technician was going to be on his way. I let them know I had been sitting for my window without a phone call or update. I went back to work. The technician said he would have someone call the following day to set up a time to come out. No one called that Thursday or Friday. I then called the following Monday to see whats going on and they are trying to schedule me out another 2 weeks. State Farm paid them for the work and it hasnt been completed. I told them to drop the part off to me and Ill do it. They stated they cant be responsible if they drop it off. They part literally takes 15 minutes to install however they dont have the time to do something they already been paid for. Stay away from this business. Theres some bad business practices over there. Getting paid from an insurance company for something you didnt do I would personally say its insurance fraud but companies like this one get away with it daily.
