    The first attempt by this business to pour epoxy in my living room was on 5/2023. I left that day and went to my home in **. When I returned to my Arizona home 10/2023, I found my floor bubbled, had sharp peaks in the epoxy that would cut your foot if walked across it, it had broom bristles, debris, dirt, human hair, a dead fly and more. I complained to ************************* the owner, he came out to the house and said "most of this will walk off" . Well, we demanded he re-pour. First he asked for the money to buy the product to fix my floor.I said NO! He sent out two men that sanded my floor unprofessionally with hand *******************. In the process they put tape on my newly, professionally, painted fireplace and then ripped it off taking the paint with the tape in 4 places. ************************* came in and poured no less than an hour after they sanded, there was still dust and dirt floating in the air, the 2nd pour results were just as bad. Dust, fuzz, bubbles and dirt. I complained to him yet again, he offered no remedy or even an apology. I am now out ******* and have a floor I have to cover up because I am so embarrassed. Of course he asked me to pay him cash, offered no refund or redo. This is robbery by an unskilled, unprofessional business that needs to be held accountable!

     Yes, it is true that ************************* and I have talked. We have agreed that he will fix, sand and re-pour the epoxy floor, it will not happen until sometime in October and we will await the outcome of that prior to closing out this complaint. Thank you ***** for agreeing to fixing this damage and we look forward to the end of this problem. See you in October.

    Sounds great, sand the clear coats that are on there, vacuum, acetone wipe then apply new clear along with putting plastic in the hallway for any dust control.  Have several clear coats we can talk about as well when your back.  Thank you??
