    Our recent experience with Camping Nation RVs has been nothing short of a nightmare.On 4/9 we went to Camping Nation with the intent of purchasing. We have been looking for quite sometime. The unit we went to see was not right but we were shown a used 2015 Rockwood Lite2703ws. The price was higher that what we wanted but it looked to be in better shape that the other so we gave $1k deposit and returned very shortly after with the full payment and arranged for the walk through / orientation the following day. Despite paying a premium price, we were delivered a Goodwill experience.The so-called "orientation" session we scheduled was a joke. Instead of a thorough explanation of the **'s features, we were subjected to a chaotic display by a "tech" who seemed more interested in bouncing around than addressing our needs. Not only was the ** filthy upon delivery, but the technician admitted to being unfamiliar with the unit and had to resort to Googling basic information.To add insult to injury, upon arrival at our home, we discovered that the rear stabilizers were non-functional. Despite immediate contact with the dealer, we were informed that we would have to wait over a week for a technician to address the issue. This is unacceptable considering the exorbitant price we paid for a supposedly functional **.As if that wasn't enough, the main slide, crucial for accessing the **, also lacked power. This renders the ** useless, trapping us inside our own purchase.Attempts to reach a manager were futile, leaving us stranded with no recourse.It took over a week for a technician to come out and look and he was able to resolve the problem with the main slide however when he came to fix one rear stabilizer now or all four or not working and he said he would take that up with the owner. The owner refuses to do anything to help because he feels threatened by me being so forceful in trying to get this issue resolved.

    This review is a bold face lie. We have been nothing but professional with ********* and her husband and did everything in our power to help them. We did a full walk thru with ********* and her husband. Our walk thru consists of the customers seeing the unit fully plugged in to the proper power source. Running everything for them to show that everything works. We also plug in water to show them everything works and there were zero issues. They are also cleaned again prior to their walk thru and also wiped down before the customer takes delivery. Everything was shown to this customer. There is always a learning curve to owning a new/used rv and although we give as much information as we can we also suggest that ****** may be helpful in this learning curve. After we finished the walk thru the customers were very happy with their purchase and didn't bring up any issues. So we then ran all the slides in and out to make sure all the slides were put away and prepared for transport. We had absolutely zero issues. After the unit had been delivered. They customer then claimed they were having an issue with the slide. Even though this is a roughly ten year old unit in which we had zero issues with, we love to take care of our customers so as soon as our tech was available due to Drs appointments we sent him out there to solve their problem. It was a small wire that came off the back of the slide switch. It was corrected and they have a fully operational slide. Everything works fine in this unit and it is fully functional.  We have been screamed at and threatened by ********* for the last couple days all while just trying to help with everything that we can at our cost. I can't begin to tell you what a crazy and horrible experience this has been for us as well.  We truly love our customers and go the extra mile them. Our hundreds of 5 star reviews show our true character.

    The owner ******* provided that response. When speaking to him, I agreed to amend the negative review that I left on ****** provided the issues were promptly resolved after shelling out $22k.

    I am certainly not the only one this has happened to there are quite a few reviews on ****** and ******* detailing the shady practices of just hurry up and get it turned around and get it off the lot so we can scam someone else with another vehicle.

    We were looking for what we paid for it was a hassle from the get-go nobody in the office knows and apparently cant contact each other and its always wait for a callback from somebody or another  
    We were assured that all working parts would be functional and that was not the case. It took over a week to get anyone to come over and look at it he created another that they have refused to repair Because the sensitive souls that work over there were intimidated when I said I was going to publicize their scam.

    We were not looking for anything other than what we paid for yes we did expected to be cleaned after paying $22,000 but I can take care of that myself it was just an added point to them trying to sell overpriced inventory without any liability on their end .

    We at Camping Nation RVS have done everything to take care of this customer. She continues to insult us and call us names. We have done everything in our power to take care of this customer all at our cost. We have hundreds of 5 star reviews and thousands of happy customers. Sometimes no matter how hard you try, you just can't keep some customers happy. Hopefully she comes around to the idea that she has a very nice fully functioning used travel trailer and can learn to treat people better. We will not continue to go out of our way for an individual that is constantly harassing, insulting, and threatening us. I wish this customer nothing but the best.

    We DO NOT have a fully functioning RV as promised and paid for. We dont even have the title for this because they took so little time to check it out and clean it up before they flipped it off of the lot.  We were told it would be mailed to us and here we are almost a month later without it. 

    We had the stabilizers repaired on our dime so we didnt have to deal with these shady people any longer. 

    He can claim all these 5 star reviews all he wants. He just has the negative ones removed as he did on yelp.
