    I came in on 8/27 to make a donation and as I was going through the process at the express kiosk, which is absolutely absurd and ridiculously long, so theres nothing express about it, the front desk receptionist, ***** came over and told me that I was tapping the screen too aggressively. I was unaware that machines were able to experience aggressive behavior considering they are inanimate objects, but I digress. I then informed her that the excessively aggressive tapping was due to the screen not registering the initial tap of my finger. She then stood there, breathing down my neck as if she were a hall monitor which in turn caused my anxiety level to rise. Its not my fault their kiosk was lagging and not registering my finger taps. Nor is it professional for an employee to be in my personal space, I dont care if there was a 4 thick barrier wall separating her and I, that was 4 too close to my personal space for my comfort especially when she kept talking to me as I was attempting to finish the redundant questionnaire thats required. When I was approximately 20 or so questions left from completing it, she then advised me that she was canceling my visit after having gone through over an hour of c*** to get to the kiosk. Seriously?!?! All because the technology thats supposed to expedite the process was taking an absorbent amount of time, so they put the blame on me being aggressive. Its not my problem that they are understaffed and that the technology theyve invested in has lagging issues. ***** was beyond rude and equally as dismissive and disrespectful. She should be written up at the least and fired at best.

    I donate at grifols regularly twice a week for the last 6 months. On 1/28/2024 grifols was negligent in hooking there machine up causing me to be deferred for eight weeks from any plasma center in the world due to significant blood loss. Contacted corporate and received call on 1/31/24. Was transferred to **** (manager) who showed no concerns. **** stated he would give me a call right back and he never did. Called back on several occasions and did not receive answer from grifols
