    On Thursday I (******) received a text message from ***** representing the Picklr (the new name for the Pickle Guild). He stated that he had a promotional offer for a family up to 8 people for the price of ****** per month. I then asked a clarifying question of confirming that it would be ****** for a husband and wife and he texted back, "Correct. As long as both members are above the age of 18." I then texted back that we would take a membership to include us both. He then asked for an email. When he had an incorrect email, ******* called him and spoke to him. ***** and ******* then worked out the payment details on ********* credit card. Today, February 1, 2025, I heard from the Picklr (formerly the Pickle Guild) and they said they are not going to honor that price; however, we could both get a membership for ****** each. The right thing to do would have been to honor the price that was quoted to us. The owner of the establishment told his desk employee that he (the owner) was going to have to train his employees differently. Please note that I have all the text messages on my phone from ***** who quoted me the price. I also sent them to an employee at the Picklr (formerly the Pickle Guild) and she said the owner would not honor what ***** had quoted us.

    First: I joined this club asking for a specific membership and was told that it was not available. I took the membership which they said was available and paid initiation and my first week dues.Second: The end of the first week came and although they had billed me, I was sent a message that I was not a member, they fixed this issue.Third: the following week they charged my card more than what was owed.Fourth: I was told that their employee made a mistake and gave me incorrect information, but that I had to live with it.Fifth: When I complained on social media, they told me that the original employee was correct. (very convenient)This place has never given me a copy of what I signed, although I have asked for it.I don't feel comfortable with this place having my credit card information, if not for all the mistakes, I would continue to be a member. However under the circumstances I believe they should refund the small amount of $175
