    Recently, my mother of 90 years young had her right leg amputated and then died in my arms on June 26th I will travel with allegiant airline for the first time out of **** gateway airport which I've never been to at as I live in anthem *******. I miss my original flight due to monsoon and detours with my mom's cremains. I had to rebook my flight for the next day. Going to a different city in *******. Under extreme duress, grief and anxiety- I pulled into the parking lot with my service dog as I have survived a car accident myself with a tramatic brain injury and over 25 procedures. I did not say the signage for parking as it was my first time there and I pulled into the lot right in front of the airport and took a ticket. I only looked online for the daily charge. And I was in ******* 10 days. Prepping for my mother's burial in funeral. And when I returned to **** gateway airport. I put my parking ticket in the far left side exit lane. The digital display only show 2 numbers 16. I thought that was odd, but the left light bulb was out. I put my credit card in and exited the lot. It wasn't until I was on the freeway. I looked at the receipt to find out. It was $616. I called the parking number because it said hourly parking instead of daily parking. I thought it was daily parking. I never saw any sign and left a message for the parking number. I received a call back and was basically told there was nothing they could do. I think this is outrageous and really horrible considering the circumstances. I can prove everything about my mother's death and all of the funeral arrangements. I even lost my job on my birthday a few days ago. Via text message. Now I cannot even pay my mortgage due to this parking charge. I was anticipating about a $175. But certainly not $616. To reburned out bulb that I could not read and I did not see the signs. Please help me.????
