    We reached out originally to this company to get a quote for some inks that we were needing. They provided pricing and lead times and a way for us to place the order but on the day of our order we were denied since they had not set up our account. We started corresponding with them on 6/23 and it is no 7/22 and still not able to place an order with no clear path to doing so. They have transferred me to 3 different departments and given me the run around. There entire business just seems like a bait and switch. I was told the original *** we spoke with was not actually authorized to sell or quote because they were in the billing department, the spoke with May in the supplies department who transferred me to *** her senior and promised me ****** her manager would call back, they never called back and I called in again and finally spoke with her then she transferred us to the *** department where we spoke with Tokey. We are going on 5 days with no response and when I called in today I was denied to ability to speak with her because I do not have a ticket number. This is not something they provided me with so again I am unable to place an order.... It has been the worst experience I have had working with any kind of supplier. When we originally reached out we provided all necessary information to clarify all the questions they have had over the last month and it feels like they are just trying to waste peoples time and cause disruptions in their businesses.
