    I paid and sent an amplifier into Edwards Electronics for repair.******************************** The owner has responded hes working on it and months later will not respond. He has had my amplifier for over 2 years. I would like my items sent back and a refund. The phone number provided now has a message that hes no longer accepting texts or calls on that line. I have asked several times to have my items sent back and a refund processed and he does not respond.     This is for a repair service through ***** for a control board and transformer for a Infinity PS12 subwoofer. Item was received by seller on May 16 2024. Seller stated item repair could take 30 days appox. to repair. It has now been over 100 days and still don't have item. No communication from seller only excuses when I message him through *****. Have contacted ***** to help me and I would like BBB to contact seller and find out if I will ever get what I paid for.
