    In November of 2024, I had 2 procedures performed by Reddy GI. The first on 11/08/2024 and the other on 11/12/2024. I provided my insurance information. I had health insurance through H&R Block (a seasonal position) and also through ********. Shortly after my procedures I began receiving monthly statements billing me for the full amounts for each procedure. I called the number on the statement and was informed that ************** had merged with Reddy GI, but they could not do anything about my bill as Reddy GI is responsible for any ******** prior to the merger. I have tried calling Reddy GI numerous times to inquire as to why they did not bill my other insurance, and to also point out that, according to AZ Complete Health, they billed under the wrong codes. I get no response whatsoever from Reddy GI. They are now stating that I am being sent to a collection agency. I need help getting some kind of resolution to this issue.

    On March 8th of this year I was charged a co-pay of $552.80 for a procedure which was covered at 100% by my insurance company. Upon realizing I was owed a refund for the co-pay, I reached out via telephone immediately and never received a response until leaving a message with the *** of the company, ***********************. On 04/18/24 she responded via email they are changing their billing system and I should expect a check within two weeks.That time frame came and went and a follow-up email was sent to ****** on 04/30/24 which she replied "I reached out to billing, they report the check will be printed and mailed out by the end of next week". Needless to say, I have still not received my refund and she is now not responding to my emails. It certainly seems to me they are now holding onto my refund and refusing to pay what is owed back to me. Please file this complaint and assist me with resolving this issue.Thank you!
