    This organization is trying to collect on an erroneous invoice for services that should not have been rendered because they were not approved by the insurancecompany. In addition, they are also trying to collect and charge for services that they did not complete and are claiming to have completed. Therewere multiple vendors involved in this project, and this company did not complete that work that they are charging for. Here is a rundown of where the issues in the billing are.Duplicates and Notes ******* Restoration:?Clean the surface area is listed twice with different descriptions (Detailed and Heavy). This may not be a duplicate but should be reviewed for clarity.?No clear duplicates otherwise.State Farm:?Water Heater - *************** Duplicated on Pages 1 and 6, totaling $547.80. This appears to be an error, as its unlikely the water heater was detached and reset twice. If corrected, State Farms Miscellaneous category would decrease by $547.80 to $15.58, and their overall total would decrease to $3,358.61.?Painting Baseboard is listed twice on Page 1 with similar descriptions. This might be an overlap and should be reviewed.Revised Total Comparison (After Adjusting for State Farm Duplicate)******* Restoration Total: $4,505.87 State Farm Total (Adjusted): $3,906.41 - $547.80 = $3,358.61 Difference: $4,505.87 - $3,358.61 = $1,147.26 (******* is higher)Final Observations After adjusting for the duplicate in State Farms invoice, Binghams total cost is $1,147.26 higher than State Farms.

    One Claim Solutions is trying to collect debt from a company called *************** and Asbestos who is not legally licensed to operate in the ***********. Also they sent me someone else's bill and an invalid contract. ********* is the contact, though she has been pleasant she has done no research or to validate the companies claim and now is calling me. This company needs to research the clients before calling a customer about a bill.
