    Morality of this company is disheartening. I applied for a nursing position. My days of availability were discussed with 4 different people in HR and management during the interviewing process. My days were agreed upon and schedule was verbally agreed. Offer letter and onboarding forms/documents were sent and completed. Current employer was given 2 week notice. Before I was about to start with Soba, I was called and told my hours and days were going to be changed to the exact opposite of what was agreed and given days that I was unavailable even though this was discussed thoroughly throughout the hiring process. Extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate and to allow someone to knowingly submit their notice and then change an already agreed schedule to the exact opposite of availability. Zero compassion was given, not even an apology. So disappointing!
