    On Thursday, April 6th, an employee in training, driving a waste dump truck, entered into our residential property. It had already been agreed upon prior that the dump trucks not enter the property as they were destroying the landscaping and leaving behind oil from their unkempt trucks. On this occasion the trainee entered the property and completely destroyed the front gate/fence of our property. We have now waited over a month for "Talkin Trash" to rectify this situation. The estimate I have is far more than what they offered to pay for damages. I have asked numerous times for their insurance company's information so this situation can be handled the correct and professional way but this company refuses to cooperate. "*******" has been the point of contact and she is non communicative and completely unreliable. We are reaching out here in an effort to obtain the company's liability insurance before we have to move forward legally. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated. This has been a nightmare and I am so puzzled as to why this company refuses to provide the insurance information so we can properly fix the damage they caused.
